Workshop On Career Counselling

A workshop was conducted for the students of classes X and XII was organized on ‘Career Counselling and UK University offering courses’ by K.R.Mangalam World School, G.K II. The workshop was taken by Mr. Jatin Chawla, well-qualified and experienced speaker with more than 10 years of experience in the field.

Mr. Chawla highlighted on the facts that one can utilise this time in finding out what is best for him or her. It’s the opportune time where students can invest in carrying out their research about variousexams and also about courses available in DU and other universities abroad. Mr. Chawla talked about career options for commerce andhumanities students. This was very informative for the students as it cleared a lot of myths and superstitions regarding the careers abroad.The interactions gave everyone a clear perspective for the long run.

Mr. Chawla guided the students to identify their interests and what they are good at and also advised them to plan multiple activitiesduring their vacations to hone their skills.

It was a very informative and interactive session for the students of KR Mangalam World School GK II.

One on one career counseling sessions were conducted for the students on various course choices available outside India. Parents were also called where they were enlightened about these coursechoices.
