Scholar Badge Ceremony

K.R.Mangalam‘s Motto, ‘Together Towards Tomorrow’ signifies the School’s focus to recognize, foster and appreciate the talent of every child .The Institution takes
pride in providing its students with infinite opportunities that allow them to bloom into confident and responsible individuals .This is achieved through numerous
avenues that boost their knowledge, enhance their skill and develop their personality.
Keeping this in mind, the Scholar Badge Ceremony for the session 2021-22 was organized on February 4 2023, for the students of classes IV- VIII, to celebrate the
consummate performances of the students by K.R.Managalam World School, Greater Kailash-II. This not only instills a pride in the students for what they have already
accomplished, but also ignites the desire to achieve more laudable feats.
The ceremony began on an auspicious note by lighting the ceremonial lamp by the distinguished guests and dignitaries. As a welcome song, our mellifluous school choir
and orchestra presented a beautiful rendition in praise of the deity to help sanctify and cleanse our soul, followed by Shiv Tandav, a mesmerizing dance performance by
the KRMites. The function was presided over by our Chief Guest of the day, Dr Arunabh Singh, the director of Nehru World School, Ghaziabad.
We were also graced by the presence of Mr. Kunal Gupta, the member of the Management, the trail blazer in the field of education and Dr. Jyoti Gupta, Director
Principal of our school. Dr. Jyoti Gupta addressed the gathering, congratulated the students for their commendable feat in academics and thanked the Guest of Honor
for gracing the ceremony and congratulated the students for their efforts. She emphasized on the need to be indomitable and focused, which would facilitate them in
fulfilling their aspirations.
This was followed by the scholar badge ceremony where the eager and excited students were handed over their badges and certificates of excellence as Scholars and
Super Scholars by the Chief Guest,, Dr Arunabh Singh, Mr. Kunal Gupta and the Principal. The chief guest addressed the enthusiastic students with his stirring speech
and real life anecdotes. He stressed upon the fact that with recognition comes responsibility and that each individual should be prepared to shoulder the mantle of
excellence that he/she has chosen.
The entire environment was brimming with pride and happiness as the parents witnessed their children receiving accolades and laurels.The vote of Thanks was proposed
by Ms. Bharti Mathur, ma’am, announced the culmination of the ceremony. The programme concluded with the national anthem.
