Janmashtami Celebration – “मधुसूदन मोहना”

The spirit of devotion and cultural harmony lit up the campus of K.R. Mangalam World School as Class V students presented a vibrant Janmashtami celebration, “मधुसूदन मोहना.” The event began with a serene Gurbani recital, followed by a graceful welcome dance depicting the playful leelas of Shri Krishna. The highlight of the morning was a grand theatrical performance portraying Krishna’s journey from birth to the triumph over Kansa — complete with powerful dialogues, expressive acting, and mesmerizing dance sequences.

We were honoured by the presence of His Grace Hanuman Das Prabhu, Senior Director of ISKCON, and Head Granthi Manjeet Singh Chakar Ji from Gurdwara Sahib, whose inspiring words on devotion, unity, and compassion deeply resonated with all. With blessings, applause, and the collective joy of students, teachers, and parents, the celebration beautifully reflected the timeless message — “Where there is Krishna, there is Dharma, and where there is Dharma, victory is certain.”
